Do not drive the annual report to the state
In Wyoming, the annual report is $60 a year for an LLC or a corporation. That is money you could be saving by not filing it. That is a full tank and a day each way. Keep the report and the tank.
Skip the survey
The surveyor charges by the mile and the land is flat. Pace it yourself. Be wrong by a little. Nobody will check.
